Dr. Marie-Hélène Budworth has been an associate with VRA since 1998. She has extensive experience as a counsellor, case manager, researcher, and professor of Human Resource Management. She earned her B.Sc. at McMaster, her M.Ed. in Psychology at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and her Ph.D. from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Her expertise in the training, development and motivation of adults has led to numerous publications and invitations to conferences in North America, and Europe. Dr. Budworth is a full-time, Professor at York University, where she is the Director of the School of Human Resource Management.
